1. Terms and Conditions
1.1. Room Availability Check
Guests must check room availability first before making payment/buying flight tickets.
1.2. Temporary Room Hold
Guests can lock dates and rooms for 24 hours; if no payment is made after 24 hours, the room and date booking will be reopened to other Agents/Guests. Dates and rooms must be reconfirmed before payment is made.
1.3. Deposit Requirement
To make a room reservation, guests must make a Deposit payment of 50% of the total amount. The balance must be paid by 7 days before Guest check-in. NO DEPOSIT, NO RESERVATION.
1.4. Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
If the excess balance is not paid seven days prior to check-in, the reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be given.
1.5. Change of Dates and No Show Policy
Once the reservation is made, the Agent/Guest can change the date within 21 days from the booking date. Deposits or any payments made to the resort will not be refunded. The absence of a guest on the date of stay is considered a “cancelled reservation” (No Show), and no refund will be given.
1.6. Payment Method
Deposit and balance payments must be made online transfer (online transfer). Please note that cash payments are not accepted. By paying the Deposit, the guest agrees and accepts this reservation and payment policy.
1.7. Underpayment Policy
Attention about payment: If the current payment or booking calculation @ the deadline is less and the Admin asks to check again, and if there is a lack of payment after being agreed, the guest has to pay within three days. (Sisipan agent’s)
1.8. Overpayment Policy
Or if there is a payment that has an excess and has been checked by both parties and agreed, the excess payment will be carried over to the payment of the next reservation. (Sisipan agent’s)
1.9. Guest Information Requirement
Guest information must be complete and organized. Mandatory according to
the format that will be given.
1.10. Full Payment Before Check-in
Guests can only check in if payment is complete. Only full payment is allowed for check-in. Therefore, guests must complete the payment to avoid problems during check-in.
1.11. Travel Notification and Check-in Time
Guests must notify the resort when they are travelling. Guests are not allowed to check in earlier than 10 am.
1.12. Allowed Booking Delays
Allowed Booking Delays:
a) Government Directive (Movement Control Order – MCO)
b) Flight Cancellation.
• It is mandatory to provide documents from the airline for review.
• Changes/confirmations of new dates must be made within 48 hours.
• The new date is only three (3) months from the original booking date.
• New dates are subject to availability and according to the latest prices.
• Full payment must be made after the new date is made.
1.13 Unauthorized Booking Delays
